Can anyone tell me what the water temps are like on the Oriskany this time of year? I've only been out there in March and it was around the upper 60s.

Why not check with noaa? They can give fairly accurate surface temps...and I wouldn't expect a thermocline unless you are going to the props.
Last time I was there was in February and the temp pretty much too to bottom was mid 70's.

Warm 83ish above 60' with crappy viz and then 68 below 60' with 60 - 70 viz down to 180' yesterday. About the same on Saturday but I thought viz was a little better.
