Hello, is anyone willing to share recommendations or experience based opinions on the following products?

http://www.akona.com/pdf/AKB155.pdf - Akona Evolution: AKB155
http://www.armorbags.com/wheeledbags.htm - Armor #75-SET Travel/Sports Adventure Combination
http://www.xsscuba.com/wh_traveler.html - XS Scuba BG120 - Wheeled Traveler

I am looking for a large (but not huge) wheeler gear bag for travelling. I like the idea of removable backpack (on Armor). I'd like to fit in the bag all the necessary gear and clothes & travel aids for one to two weeks trip. I prefer to carry only one bag and backback instead of several bags for different purposes. Bag should be sturdy enough to survive 3rd party handling at the airports, resorts etc. Any recommendations?

Please let me know if you can think of other similar products from other manufacturers.

I have the Akona AKB144 which is similar to the AKB155. It is a very sturdy and well constructed bag. My dive buddy had an armour bag. The wheels broke on the first trip. It could have been due to mishandling by baggage carriers. The wheels on the Akona products are heavy duty. I also carry an Akona mesh dive bag inside for carrying on dive boats. Both the 144 and 155 are great for travel but are too big to carry on a dive boat. Happy Shopping.

I'm a bit surprised to get so little comments on these bags. Any Armor owner willing to share experiences?

Personally, I like the LLBean Rolling Adventure duffle. I avoid dive bags that are labeled with a scuba manufacturer. A buddy of my brother's had his picked up off the carousel in the Miami airport....poof...gone. My brother's gear, in a nondescript duffle, was there waiting for him.

If you don't mind the extra weight, nothing will beat a Pelican 1650 or 1660 for 2 complete gear sets minus tanks.

For single gear the 1610 or 1620 will rock!
