That’s interesting! Are the antennae you’re using readily available? What limitations of the DV unit are you avoiding? Nicely innovated!

(I looked at your site after I hit send. You have some cool products—I don’t use a DPV, but your tripod looks great.)
The antenna is nothing special, it's just a passive antenna design. If you do a search, people have been doing a similar thing for a long time with GoPro's and a bit of Co-ax cable and nothing more, I have however found some dual band high gain antenna modules that I'm using here to ensure the use of the 5Ghz frequency over the 2.4Ghz to help get the better connection, it's still not perfect though and I'm still working on the camera mounting side to minimise the gap and hold it in place better (I'm currently using a bit of bungee cord!)

The limitation of the DV system currently is in the way it mounts, for the camera it uses the tripod screw (that I use to mount my tripod) and on the DV housing it needs the DV Expansion Clamp to mount on the top, and the Max Platinum case doesn't have the same screw holes that the Expansion Clamp provides.
And stupidly, the antenna covers part of the mobile phone screen, given that the Max 4 housing is plastic it could be mounted on the back and not over the screen.

Thanks, I'm working on more camera and other diving stuff now as well.
The tripod has worked out so well that it's pretty much permanently on my camera with extendable legs that will be a new product in coming months.
