Barbara does not have Mare Fronteir ..., but she does have a BC designed for women, the SeaQuest QD Diva. It has quite noticeable construction features that are related to the female anatomy. At any rate, she has used it for over two years and is very pleased with it.
We do recreational diving and it has all the lift, etc. that she has ever needed. When we both bought BC's we tried numerous brands and styles and Barb liked the Diva best. But, maybe, this is not helpful to you....

My wife recently completed her search for a replacement BCD. After trying on many brands/models she settled on the SeaQuest Diva because it could be adjusted exactly to her body shape.
She's made 24 dives with the Diva in the last two months and is very satisfied with its performance.
