I have had very good luck with B&H and Adorama. I do usually order from B&H but have used Adorama when B&H was out of stock of something. Don't know what problems others have had with Adorama, but they have done OK by me. I have also used Helix a couple of times with no problems, but pefer the "On Line" ordering of the other two.

They have backordered things on me in the past.

A very long time ago they reneged on a price quote. I've never been back since.

I pretty much use Adorama exclusively. The one exception is for memory cards. Cheaper via pricewatch.
