I was looking into getting one of these suits for there warmth and the fact that have an attached hood. I tried on the J-Type and found to be a bit difficult to get into but have not been able to test the Polar. Any comments?

No input on the ONeil, but I occasionally dive a Polar and I quite like it. The front zip is kind of a pain, trying to keep the cape from bunching, but the merino lining is nice and the suit keeps me fairly warm. Make sure it fits you well though. Mine is a little big, and I end up wetter than what I'm hearing about the Mares Isotherm.

Used to have the O'Neill and hated it with a passion. ANYTHING is better then that suit.
