Can't remember where we were talking about doubling AL 80's but I definitely think I did the right thing for my old delapidated broken down heap of a body:D Walking out of the quarry wasn't too bad with a rig that is under 100 lbs. I saw Land Lockeds set up. His didn't look to be too heavy although I did see him walking with it.

The down side to diving the doubles is I now need a surface crew to get me in and out of the rig!!! Its a :rofl3:  (funny show) to watch:D

Depending on what height of shelves are available....

If you have a truck or high enough cargo area on SUV, you don't need any surface crew. The biggest deal is with your deco bottles. It will ruin your back very easeily. I used to leave the bottles at the entrance and get it back later...

It wasn't too bad........................the next day I sure felt it!!!:D

My wife, God love her, bought me a dolly, it was HUGE. I could haul jbd and his gear down to the water. She returned it and I'm going out to find a smaller one!:D

We had to help you into your gear when you were diving singles. :D

With doubles twice the help is needed:D

Diving singles and wearing a wetsuit I can gear up with out any help. I just flip the rig up over my head.

If it wasn't for the fact that you already have several AL80's I would say that you are crazy. LL's rig should weigh less than yours since you are packing 8 lbs+- for the buoyancy of the AL80's. That is assuming that both of you were diving the same thickness of suit.

Somebody send me a pic of Hoosiers wagon.

No.... no... no... .don't return it... just put a motor on it and all your dive buddies will absolutely love you... especially if you deliver them from the tables to water's edge!! :D

...I think you have the right to charge for that service though!

:rofl3:

Darn!:confused:If I hadn't thrown that Briggs-Straton engine away a couple of years ago! :rofl3:

You might talk about a remote dolly like a remote gold cart. You can control it with remote control.. Sweet.....:D
