I was wondering if anyone has any info about these two OMS regs.
This question is mainly academic, but still would be nice to know if anyone uses them and what was their impression.

Here is the produvt page for both: http://www.omsdive.com/regs.html#HP

Thanks!

OMS's influence must be unreal in the NY/NJ area.

He he... They got us? Do you think?
Actually i think its more like scubapro / aqualung domination. But yeah OMS is pretty popular, so is DiveRite, so is Oceanic, etc etc.. One thing i am yet to see around here is Halcyon, in spite a fairy large DIR club in NYC i think they are called NE GUE or somethng, i used to know someone who was a memeber i think before moving to Murtle Beach. I see Oxycheq, DSS, APEX fairly often.
Thanks for this, your reply sounded almost like a inside joke, i should have posted a link to my recent BW/W discussion. LOL
Cheers

I could see why Halcyon would not be popular there.

Hmm why? I know at least 2 shops (one of which is about 4 blocks from me http://www.villagedivers.com/) thats sells Halcyon. This means it has a market.

Carrying gear doesn't mean it's popular.

I would say its becuase the DIR approach is somewhat of an outcast around here and Halcyon usualy equlized with the the DIR.
I hope i don't open a can of worms with this.

Nothing wrong with speaking the truth. But I don't know how this applies to your regulator questions! :)

LOL No idea. This conversation reminds me a discussion between two Tao Zen philosophers about perfection of spherical forms.
Well hopefully someone knows what these regs are about. And like i said in my original post this is mainly academic. I dive Oceanic Delta 4 and soon to get Poseidon Deep + Poseidon Deco stage 2 as a secondary.

OMOH.. did you happen to get any additional info on the R600 reg?
