Congrats on your cert.

Welcome to the board,

Hello, also new to the board. Living here in edmond, ok. My husband is a skydiver and wanted to know where you jump?
We are both scuba divers-he was an instructor. Scuba is great!!! Nice people and always a great vacation. Where did you get certified? What did you have 3 ft of visibility in the lakes? Hahaha

I used to skydive when i lived up in Cleveland, i havn't done it at all since I lived here in Oklahoma. I got certified through a friend of a co-worker who does some personal classes through Blue Water. At Tenkiller we had between 4-6' of visibility, pretty much sucked, but oh well!

Welcome to the board and feel free to slide down 35 and come dive with us sometime. We'd be happy to have you.

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

Sounds like you like to stay active! If you were in Hollywood they'd be looking to make you the next action hero. You'd save them a ton of money because they could have you do most of your own stunts.

Diving sounds like it should be just what the doctor ordered for a guy like you. Enjoy it! I don't imagine that you'll get bored to quick. You start out looking at the fishies. Then you'll move into taking photos and video so that you can show all of your friends what on earth is so cool about it. Then you'll more toward the more technical challenges like wrecks and caves. Then more video. That alone should keep you busy for quite a few years. ;)

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.
:palmtree: :sunny

Thanks guys for all the nice introductions! I'd love to make a road trip down to Texas and dive with some of you guys and gals.

WooooHooooo!!!!! on your certification :dazzler1: and welcome to the ScubaBoard! I'm somewhat of an adrenaline junkie too :eyebrow: and have yet to get bored with diving. You should come down and dive with us in FL. Nice warm clear water, loads of stuff to look at.

Mmmmm, Florida sounds niiiiiice!!!!! One of my pilots here at work lives near West Palm Beach and keeps inviting me to go down there sometime......hopefully soon I'll be able to take him up on that offer.

Oh yeah, here's my post in the Single Section (that will probably be my favorite forum on this board!!!!)

Another adrenaline junkie!!!

You should listen to your friend Mahhz, the flying in Florida is as great as the diving, and the diving is just awsome!!!!

There are also quite a few of us here with whom to do some hangar (or actual) flying as well!!

Anyway, welcome to ScubaBoard!
