Hey guys,
We've been getting a lot of questions about the recent Oil Spill.
As of now it is NOT effecting the conditions of our diving here off Venice in the Gulf.
Lets hope it gets stopped, cleaned up, and never heads over this way!
We will keep you posted if anything changes.

Here is the latest map from NOAA showing the size of the slick. This is today May 4th info. We will try and keep everyone informed. As you can see, it is a long way from Venice but we will post daily updates.

I spoke to the scientists from the consulting firm working on the Venice Beach project and they believe, as we do, that the Gulf loop current will keep the oil and by-products away from our coast. They are more worried for the east coast than here.
