Hi Eric, like to add myself here for an aluminum plate for my wife, she's 5'8 132 lb, I'm guessing a medium? Of course I'll defer to you on whether that's the correct size. Thanks
PS I'm using my own freedom aluminum and stainless steel plates, the aluminum really compliments my warm water travel rig, really helps with baggage limitations and performances outstanding. Thanks for your ingenuity
