I know that comfort at depth and overall fitness can improve your SAC rate, but are there any breathing exercises, or other things I can do throughout my working day that will help improve my sac???

Thanks in advance.

How about one of those electronic muscle abdominal builder. I think you hook up the pads to a volt meter, and zaps your muscles a couple of times. I saw it on TV, so it must work.

On a serious note, I think someone posted a number of references from the Rubicon folks about using those spirometer like blowhicky. I was dubious about it, but I think some report noted some improvement.

In my opinion, the best way is simply getting aerobic exercise, or swim regularly.
