They do have a BC that will fit in most backbacks. Anyone have a traveler? If so what backpack do you use to carry it?

Halcyon Traveler BC System | Halcyon

I filled my carry-on luggage w the traveller, regs, lights, fins, etc. The security team was so confused!! =)

I live in Sydney and mostly rely on public transport to get around. I use a halcyon gear bag to schlep my stuff to dive sites and while it's not that huge an issue, I just got to thinking....

I have this strong and comfortable harness and backplate and yet I'm carrying it around in another bag. Why not design a gear bag that can be bolted to the backplate so I can make use of the harness to carry everything around much more easily.

I'm thinking this might be worth a DIY experiment, but I figured I'd throw it out there first and get some opinions.

Thoughts?
