I seem to be getting a lot of threads where if somebody has used I'm instead of I am, it is appearing as this { IÃÎ } and I have noticed it with other words using apostrophes as well. Is this a setting on my side or on SB's? FWIW I am running IE7.

I've noticed this also- especially in PMs. All conjunctions have the weirdness.
Does it happen elsewhere? No settings on ScubaBoard that would cause special characters.
