Remove the spg from the boot(it will require some effort) first. The depth gauge is not connected to anything so just leave it there.
Disconnect the HP hose from the spg.
"Spool 1" is the most common one and dirt cheap.

I would take it apart and look, I would guess this one, it's what all of my SPGs take. DGX sells them for $1.50, I carry several in my save a dive kit. I have needed a couple over the years, I have placed them in others SPGs quite a few times.

soak the boot and spg in some hottish water to get the boot off. it won't hurt the spg and will soften up the boot rubber.
 
Consider a tool to help the installation of the small (003), N-90 o-rings.
