Oceanic SP5 first stage Service Manual

Hi Guys can anyone help a Buddy out with a Service manual for the Oceanic SP5, stripped , cleaned , new O’rings,and rebuilt but the intermediate pressure creeps up to 11.5 bar

You will have troubles with one of these:

• Seat (6850) rough or scarred.
• Orifice inside the body (5221.3) has an uneven edge or nick.
• The bias spring (5272) is out of specifications

Inspect especially the seat and orifice carefully. The spring can be the culprit, but most of the time it's the seat or orifice.
