I have a new pair (two) of these units. They work great -- just remove the mouthpiece on your regulator and zip-tie the second stage to the masks, and you're communicating underwater! These are the "clear" units (they come in black, but these are clear silicone).

I bought these because my wife wanted underwater comms. We tried them once in a pool, and she decided she didn't like the feel of them (I love them, but it's no fun to have underwater comms by yourself!!!).
I paid $1000/each for them, and they've been in non-salt water once. They still have the original mfr.'s warranty. Make me an offer!
