The entire package is in excellent condition. The unit is not getting used as much as anticipated. The package includes the included node-block pieces, mask bag and LP hose, and plug assembly in the event you want to remove the Buddy Phone microphone. I have added an Omni Swivel Quick Disconnect assembly so the entire mask can be easily removed from the LP Hose rather than just disconnecting the second stage from the mask.
