Ocean Fest in Lauderdale Beach again

Anyone knows why ocean fest is being held in Lauderdale by the Sea this year again? I like the idea of test diving anything I buy right off the beach at LBTS.

Ha-Ha! Our place will be a good HQ because the trolley will be running back and forth... we better check on that, tho. It would be a bear to get stranded without wheels.

The lifeguards let you dive off the beach there with a couple of rules to follow: (1) stay on the surface INSIDE the cans, and (2) don't drown on their watch. I'd think diving from FLL beaches will be ENCOURAGED during the event.

From what I heard, FLL became a better location because LBTS is crowded and lacks facilities.
