We can stitch some rib-eyes into your wetsuit and shore dive K-Bay to see what happens....... Dibs on being the videographer! All kidding aside, it would be awesome if we had a hammerhead dive but honestly in over 4000 dives here on Oahu I'm still batting .000 : (

Hammerheads live in Pearl Harbor - we used to see them near the channel entrance pretty regularly, sometimes in schools of up to 10 or so. That is by far the best place on the island to find them.

However, since 9/11 the security near the channel has been tightened to the point where it's impossible to dive there, especially from a commercial charter boat.

K-Bay has plenty, but the viz is so bad that you will never see them diving.

The security zone that's usually enforced is in a circle 1500 yards radius from the channel buoys.
