O2 Cleaning MR12 and Proton Octos

The title pretty much says what I would like to do. I have two MR12 with Proton Octos on them that I would like to move over to O2 clean for O2 deco bottles. I would like to have some knowledge of this before working with one of my local techs to do this.

Are you referring to 100% oxygen use for the deco bottles?

Yes ... these will be 80-100% O2.
