Oxycheq El Cheapo. Do a search on the board and you'll find lots of people that have built them. Easy to do and fun to male it your own.
 
You can get the parts for an oxygen analyzer for under $100. As 616fun mentioned there is the Oxycheq Kit ($105 now but you might be able to find discounting dealers):
