I don't either. Nuvair says, "water resistant", whatever that means -- no IPX rating is given.
Nuvair says that their case is not waterproof and that people put the analyzer in a zip bag and then into the case. If the analyzer fell into the water, all of the electrical components would be ruined and have to be replaced. I am not sure how much I want to trust a zip bag.

This is a very popular analyzer and is what I use:
ANALOX O2EII PRO NITROX ANALYZER
It appears according to Divers Supply this has been discontinued….my search continues.

I’m very happy with the divesoft DNA and got a great deal though paragon dive shop.

At first I thought needing a phone was a liability but I now see it as a plus. One less thing in the device to break. The device itself is very simple and indestructible. It’s simple to swap out the sensor or the battery.

The app is surprisingly good. It connects immediately with no manual intervention after the first use and has some helpful features like a user friendly deco planner.
Other than the oxygen sensor (that doesn’t come with the Divesoft DNA) do you use the other recommend items too?

I'd reckon almost all are not waterproof. Air needs to both enter and exit the sensor, making it not waterproof....

I have the professional flow limiter and the QD flow limiter for a LP inflator hose. The inflator hose flow limiter really hurts my fingers inserting it. I wish they would have put some more material on it. I also worry about the small orifice clogging in the field, but it hasn't yet.
