Uncle Pug:
And OE2X.... why were you repeatedly ramming your tank valve into Snowbear's side down at the logs. It looked like you were trying to swim between her and the bottom... or something. What was that all about? :D

I guess this would be the time to mention you throwing it into *reverse* down there and backing up right into me?

DIR divers and their crazy backwards fin kicks...

So I'm guessing rear-view mirrors are not DIR equipment. :11ztongue

OK... so I forgot to look into the review mirror, glance over my shoulder and peek between my legs. :D

But you were parked in a no parking zone. :D

I've always figured that imitation is the highest form of flattery, so I wanted Junior to know how much we appreciated his antics. BTW - I assume that was Junior's silt cloud that we were in while following you to the logs...

HBDiveGirl:
Thanks for the great story...and skillful story-telling! You had me right there with you, laughing around a regulator!
Thanks for letting the rest of us "ride-along" with y'all...I read your dive posts frequently as a vicarious thrill while our SoCal shore waters are trying to recover from the rain and wave action.
Cheers,
Claudette

I'm honored. I'm glad you enjoyed. Thank you very much for your kind words.
Notice my buddies are bashing me all over this thread for being narced to the gills, but then again, they have to dive with me!

I dare say this thread has become as rambunctious as Junior. I'd hate to have a moderator tell us to be nice to each other.:D

So if I still have any friends left - who wants to go diving on Saturday - daytime?

Where and when on Saturday?

If I'm good and get caught up on the cabling job I'm working on I can skip work for a dive (my boss will never know, he can be a real jerk about giving time off for "non-productive stuff"). Hey, wait I work for myself....

Funny! I think I'll stick to tropical diving down here. Maybe next summer though?
