    Lets build another condo right on the beach, beef up the beaches with more sand to save the condos at taxpayers expense and pump some more raw sewage offshore because we lack the "ahem" technology to treat it......

    Yeah that still leaves about 800 BILLION!!! gallons a day being pumped still as we speak, tomorrow and every day concurrent......
