To the person who asked how big the nudis are.. generally here in S. Florida, they are under 1". The two that Searcaigh posted are about 1/4" or smaller.

Did get to shoot a monster one, well, for this area of about 3" last week. Still processing photos..

I was probably that person. And the photo above with the fingernail in the shot for reference pretty much says it all. I know you folks have lots of experience at this, but I'm not sure I could clearly see that <1/4" little guy even if I knew what to look for. Do you hunt for these really teeny fellows with your eyes glued to the camera, or do you have super-human eyesight? :)

In any case, I'm in awe of the photos you all post here - thanks for sharing!

Since nobody else has asked, how did you manage this shot with the reflection?

Did you put the slug on a mirror or what?

Whatever you did it really is stunning
