When does the no Sunday no holiday diving ban get lifted for Nubble Light? Would this weekend, Columbus Day, be open all days, or since it's leaf season, is Nubble still closed to divers?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I think it ends Nov 1

Yes, end of Oct the Nubble is open for diving on Sunday. However, the bathrooms close. :11:

Also, while on the subject be very cautious of conflicting stories re: dive regulations @ Nubble. Too many times the po-lice said one thing but the park would say another, or vice-versa.

I've seen divers @ Nubble on Sunday and when I asked them about it they told me the po-lice had said it was OK.

Dive-eat emptor. Or is that caveat dive-or?

You may be correct that the park says 1 thing and the police say diffrent. What I remember is the sign in the park says April 1 to Nov 1, no sundays or holidays. Now I don't know how well that is enforced early or late season. I know I have been there on Sundays in April and October and no one said a thing. I don't know what they would do if you are diving out of season so to speek. My guess is they would just tell you to leave and not do it again, but who knows.
