Nubble bans diving on Sunday after April 1 so we only have a couple more left. Time to dig out those wetsuits and get them stretched out again. Hope to see some of you out there the next couple of weekends.

Scared me too when I read the title and I was only a spectator during the Christmas Tree dive a few years ago. I've been meaning to get back up there to actually do some dives.

I wouldn't suggest diving at Nubble in November for the tree dive, its a bit chilly, but if you're up this way this summer there's always somebody going who would be glad to show you around.

If I were to come up to dive it would have been during the summer. I appreciate the offer to have someone show me around. I'll let you all know if I head north.

Thank you.

Don't scare us like that, I thought you talking about a new full time ban.

same here, I really have to get out to Nubble one of these weekends as I've never been there...

I've only dove Nubble a couple of times, but I loved it.

It is one of my big fears that someday that might happen -- or they will start thinking up rules and regulations to limit our diving -- or a diver will do something stupid and get us in trouble with the locals. As a place gets nicer and more civilized, the rules and regs always seem to follow.

I know you from that Christmas Tree Dive Sam. In fact, I think I gave one of the children with you that night the glow stick from my tank. I remember you were with your family. I'm not sure if there will be any more of those dives. Hubbles took over the torch last year but people are losing interest in participating. I'll be there and a few others but I think my club is tired of doing it.

If you get up this way this summer give a holler here on this board. Many of the dive clubs in these states monitor it frequently and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding a guide.
