The workshop was nice but it was alot for one day. Exhibiotors and presentors had to be there at 6:30am and presentations didnt end until 10:00pm. It could have been split over 2 days.

Becky you bring up a good point. Historically they have had some presentations on Sunday, but typically attendence was poor to nonexistent since people chose that day for diving, that is why Sunday works best for onsite "doing" type activities as an extension of the workshop. My wife has been exposed to cave diving for 15 years, and seen every video imagined, but she saw the Millpond Experience by Liquid Productions and enjoyed it tremendously.
Thank you
Kelly

Kelly, Awe thankyou so much! We got a really good response with it, and I hoped to do it justice and really capture the beauty of those systems!

I've been goinng to workshops for about 10 years. This was the first I presennted at so I wasnt sure if it was me, but it was a long day. I think the workshops usually went from 8-5 then sunday was breakout workshops and diving, all optional stuff. I presented at 9pm, I'm happy I got to top off the day with our DVD but I was exhausted! I wasnt sure how the turnout would be Rob, but I was REALLY surprised, there must have been 75-100 people!

Everyone did a great job, and I think it was a good turnout this year!

I know you had to be tired!!!!
I was at it until 11:00,then up at 6:00am for guided dives.

I stayed from start to finish and enjoyed all the presentations. From Dr Tom Illiffe's cave biology presentation to the Mill pond experience. It would be great if the ppt slides could be posted on the CDS web page for everyone to see. I know the slides aren't as good without the presenter elaborating on them, but they would certainly give everyone a feel for the conference.
