Reached My 2nd Goal!
Ok I think it may be time to start a new support thread. I've noticed that are group seems to be getting smaller, and smaller.
Group weight loss is getting smaller each week. Last week we had a overall gain a first I think.
Speaking for myself, I've been struggling since July. The last month or two have been really hard. I'm back into all of my old bad eating habits, and I haven't been working out much either. The last two weeks I've shown weight gains, and this week I expect a significant gain. So don't expect me to post results first thing in the morning.
So any suggestions on how to get back the fire, and maintain it?
