Got an email from Shearwater today.
Everything is resolved (main board replacement is free of charge). Future service can be done @Shearwater directly, instead of the EU service center.

It took a little time to get through to them, but once I did… Shearwater customer care/service lived up to it’s reputation once again. Awesome company, awesome people, awesome computers.

Thanks for getting back and keeping us informed.

Magnificent!

I am late to the party but, when one of my piezo buttons started to act funny, I reach out Shearwater directly, send them and have them fix. Superb service and communication.
