Can anyone tell me that Among Agincourt Reef, Norman Reef, Milln Reef ( outer reefs close to Cairns and Port Douglas, which one is more interesting for new certified diver? Because I have to pick one.

Also for dive companies, did you have any good/bad experience with Noah ArK, ReefTrip, Poseidon And SilverSonic( QuickSilver) ?
