ROFL - I am just picturing you as Beavis.... with your shirt pulled up over your head.... dancing around, overly caffeinated...

Feel lucky you just get jumpy....if I had a Mountain Dew I would end up in the hospital..makes my heart palpatate and that sure aint fun.

It sucks too because I like PEPSI, Mountain Dew, etc etc, but I have Sprite to hold me over....ohh and alcohol too. :)

Let me say...if I don't have a dew on the way to work and most of a pot of coffee by noon....I have some serious issues with my head pounding.....

Diet Coke, my adult beverage of choice. First thing in the AM and last in the PM.

Dang! How do you sleep? I'd be jumping and jiving all night. One cup of coffee is about all I can handle.

I was once hooked on the brown and evil substance.

I couldn't study unless I downed pots of coffee, fizzy drinks and Wake Ups tablets.

I cut down gradually since then (no Wake Ups since the last uni exam and no fizzy drinks for the last several years).

Few years ago, I decided to go cold turkey and give it all up. I spent a weekend with a pounding head and feeling queasy. But immediately afterwards, I noticed the difference: no unexplained stomach cramps, shaking hands, jitter episodes and my skin looked ten times better than the dried up lining that used to cover my face.

It's different now. No more running round like a headless chicken at one in the morning because I had a cup too many during the evening.
