If you were a lobster, imagine what it would feel like to be caught by someone who is not a permanent resident? As a lobster, I would want to be eaten only by a green card holder or a citizen:eyes:

Why couldn't this be my last SSN numbers ? I do not have a green card, but I do have a SSN (and since ~10 years already)

So it is my last 4 digits of my SSN (only realized thanks to the post )

(didn't have my checkbook with me and they don't take cash) to pay for the license.

Amazing that cash has lost it's value that much Hate when that happens.
