This morning I came across another thread that had been moved from the "Introductions and Greetings" forum. When I attempted to follow the thread, I got the standard, "You don't have access" message.
This was the first time I realized that it doesn't state the site that cannot be accessed, perhaps because this is the first time I had no idea which site it was.
My suggestion, to consider including the site name in the message that informs us of denial of entry.

Tom

I'm a little confused.... any error pages we display should have the normal ScubaBoard layout and link structure to make it very clear as to where you are and where you are trying to go.

I just noticed the <log out> and <home> buttons,
but that doesn't give me a location.

This is all the information on that page, doesn't show the usual top with origin and other links and extensions back to origin (except the ones to the left hand side), I have to use the back arrow on my tool bar.

I'm sorry but you have me completely confused... what page are you accessing that gives you this error? What information is missing (from what you copied it seems like all of our cotent is showing up). Our internal navigation structure exists only when you view pages the system can identify, when you encounter a permission error you are shown the problem on a page with all of our main structure but no internal navigation because none exists (if you are accessing a page you can't load the system doesn't know where you should be). The browser back button is never meant to be replaced by navigation as there is always the chance you will reach a dead end viewing an external link, encountering an error or so forth.

I followed a message that was moved from "Introductions and Greets" to get the message.

"Moved:
Such a nice group of people!"

That's all the information I know how to get.
I don't suppose it's necessary for me to know where the post was moved to, but I assume it was to the "Business to Business" forum from what I remember of an earlier post by the same member.
The member who originally posted the thread was Diveglobal, I looked at his threads and posts and the title "Such a nice group of people!" wasn't on the list, so now I'm even more confused.

Snowbear:
OK - I think I figured this out - the thread was moved to the Mod Archives, then combined with a similar thread started by the same user here.
The mod who moved it most likely accidentally left the re-direct....
That sounds logical.

Thanks,

Tom
