Nitrox

I got my nitrox this past weekend at Joes. My instructor was Ed Gabe with Horizions, great instructor he made the class fun and informitive,Julie was the Dive Master candidate. We done two dives 45 min each the cold got to you so 45 min was about right.I meet Chris (Zo Crowes 255) for the first time a super guy. Hope to dive alot this summer. Chris & Ed said all you have to do is show up and someone will buddy up.If anyone is going let me know. Kenny

I am doing a drysuit certification this weekend at Blue Springs in Indiana but next weekend I am hoping to head somewhere to dive. I'll let you know if I am going to be in the neighborhood.

We have a large group going down June 19-20 camping out, etc. etc. Come on down. We will have two portable compressors with us and plenty of grills to use. How come you didn't use Divers Den for your Nx certification?

Divers Den dosen't offer Nx. I got my Ow & rescue from Dean.

I was on the opposite side from Joe's RV. We had a dock in front of us. We'll be in the same spot June 19-20. I didn't notice a Nx class. I saw what might have been an attempt at a Rescue Class. Students had masks on foreheads and it was looking ugly. I was into a case of beer by the time they arrived, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Come on down and meet up with us June 19-20. I'm doing some O/W certs. that morning and some A O/W early afternoon. Then it's Miller Time.

If you saw a larger group on the surface trying to figure themselves out, it may have been Chris' group. He had approx 8 folks for AOW and I'm sure he gave them a lot of good navigation challenges. Kenny and Julie and I didn't spend much time on the surface. You know how Nitrox is...so many skills to test on underwater ;-). Thanks for the compliments Kenny! Chris had one of the new inexpensive scooters that are on the market...it was nice (thanks for the test drive).
