nitek 3 "upload mode" problem

read the on line PDF from dive rite several times now and still not able to find how to get my nitek 3 in upload mode.
perhaps the spring loaded screws on the uploader are not making a good contact with the wrist unit????

plan to call dive rite on monday if no one here knows how....

Are you getting the computer into upload mode and not getting it to sync, or not getting into upload mode? Sometime I have to try several times before it will sync and actually upload.

Go to PROFILE mode then press and hold the B button until the nitek goes into upload mode.

ok...now in a mode where log and prof have arrows.
still says not able to comm. in nitek logic software.

OK... now you have the computer in upload mode, time to get the software setup. Check your port settings, etc...
