I'm a Fish!
This enormous Roughback Stingray was chililn' in the sand the other day. She had four juvenile trevally with her - two in her spiracle (this photo) and two under her bum where her tail used to be!

Although not technically the best photo on the planet, I am very happy to have caught the action! I have several with a missing fish, fish butts, the spirace all the way open or closed...this is the only frame where all the elements were as I wanted them.

Hope you enjoy this slice of life!

How did you manage to sneak in so close? Are you sure it was a ray and not a rock with crevice that look like a ray? :D

That's a different veiw for sure. Thanks, I enjoyed it.

Terrific! It's a great capture of interaction. Ningaloo sure looks to be a lovely place. :)
