Nha Trang diving was surprisingly good considering the reviews on this board, great biodiversity. Cold water 75f and low vis 30 feet make me feel right at home as I am a Great Lakes diver. Rainbow divers was running tons of classes off of their big boat, the certification scene was reminicent of Utila, Honduras and Koa Tao, Thailand. Maybe lots of Job opportunities for instructors? Nha Trang town is quite urban I would recomend Koa Tao, Thailand to work and live in.
