Been on about 5-6 outings while cruising. I have two unrelated questions.

1. For still pictures GoPro Hero13 or Olympus TG-6?

2. I had a fanny pack with a triple ziplock seal that seemed to work until the last outing. Is there any waterproof bag/pouch/whatever that you trust for money and a phone? I almost killed the Iphone with a small leak the last trip.
