Welcome to Scuba Board and Scuba Diving!! It's great to have you. It's insanely addictive, but who cares? Have fun looking around the forums, and good luck on your test! Hope to see you around the board.

Cheers,
Jess

Wel;come to the board and to diving.

When you are certified, com on out and dive. http://www.sandeaters.org, is a schedule of dives for every Sunday. They are not a club, no dues, no membership. Just divers getting wet every week.

Heya and welcome to the Scuba Board. This is the perfect place to hang out during a SI... Tons of great information from all different types of divers, and a great place to meet new dive buddies!

WooooHoooo!!!!! on your OW , make sure to post a thread after your certification is complete to let us know how it went..... does they other half of "our" also have a screen name?

Howdy!

Welcome to SB!!
:happywave Put us in your computer's favorites and check in often. This is a great place to learn, compare, argue :argue: Look around our various forums - everything from New-To-Scuba to Instructors-Only to Dive Medicine.

You'll love the Channel Islands. I've done front and back of Catalina, and San Clemente.

Thanks all. The boat departs Ventura Harbor at 8 am. I believe it is named the Spectre. I will check back after the dives.

Heard nothing but good about the boat. Sure a better place to certify than a murky quary, eh divers?

Welcome Aboard!!!

It's addictive, but who cares?!?!?
