I saw the other post regarding RI. Below is a link to the CT version, the Frozen Fin

SECONN's Annual Frozen Fin - Join us January 1st!

Everyone is welcome, we typically have about 30-45 divers in the water with others acting as shore support. The event is held at a local yacht club in New London that has changing rooms/bathrooms to use and don/doff your suit in. In addition a number of the shops bring trailers and heated tents to help keep folks warm.

Afterwards there is chili, chowder, cornbread, coffee, and snacks to enjoy during the raffle. The only catch is that there is a registration fee of $25 which is used to fund the training scholarships
