Hey Guys & Gals,

I got an email the other day of a new website forming as a split off from Wetpixel. It focuses on the compact user claiming Wetpixel focuses on the more high end DSLR user. Which is true for the most part. Anyway I am temporarily forced back into my old 4/3 set up and would not mind having a look at their website.

I can't find the email though. They are calling it something very similar to wetpixel. Any help would be appreciated.

https://WaterPixels.net has been up and running for about 2-3 months now. It's very active and recently crossed over the 500-member mark. For comparison, it's got at least 10 times the forum activity of Wetpixel.

Personally, I am avoiding posting on Wetpixel anymore except to occasionally steer people to Waterpixels if the situation is appropriate.

Waterpixels is focused on all the underwater photography things, not (just) compact cameras. It's my understanding that Wetpixel is no longer maintained, and that new users can't join.
