Well there you go.
More proof of Red Green's motto.

"You can get everything a handyman needs at Home Depot" and" If they don''t have it you probably don't need it"

Sorry guys,

I read the article again and no mention of plantar warts was made--my mistake.

When I made my first reply to this thread, the link Doc V posted wasn't working for me.

Hope I didn't step on any toe's.

I have a piece on my foot right now. I'll see how it works.

Anything is better than having them froze off.

Not a problem, bro--clearly you were misled.

The link I posted seems to be working fine now.

Let us know how it works.

Best regards.

I remember a friend in the Army being told to wear duct tape on a wart back in 1995 or 1996...

He was told to put the tape on right after a shower and the wart would fall of from the moisture... I believe it was on his hand...

Is there anything that man cannot do? Just another wonderful use for duct tape
Never seen the guy but his name keeps popping up on the board.

I've self-applied liquid N2 to plantars warts before with the tiniest amount of discomfort and excised the wart in under a month (in combination with salicyclic acid gels). Makes me wonder just how zealous some GP's are out there for the N2 applications.

That must be a newer motto. Never heard it before.
I had many warts frozen as a child and I still have the scars. Also had the freeze and scrape Tx for a plantar wart. I see no reason not to try duct tape to avoid the pain of being burned. I hated that!
