Suex has been drip-dripping information about its updated XJ/XK line since DEMA, but there's now a catalogue with specs for the new scooters (no prices yet though).
There's a bunch of design changes (new tow cord attachment, new nosecone) and a focus on the navigation system, but the main difference appears to be "increased propulsive thrust, autonomy and silence". I'm guessing this means a brushless motor?
Looking at the spec sheet, the big difference is cruise speed runtime for the XJ - 310 minutes in the new version, vs 185 mins in the old version (same weight/nominal battery capacity). That moves it into exactly the same range as the Genesis 3.1 or Seacraft Future 1000 (finally).
