Recently bought brand new Sherwood SR1. Connected to a tank and opened a valve. Immediately free flow started (the same on a surface and in a water). Second stage knob is “rolled back” to minimum performance. Am I doing something wrong or its a regulator defect?
Thank you

Welcome to the board.
Define freeflow, a slight trickle of air or a full violent freeflow. It could be a serious problem or just in need of a slight tuning, in any case, it's something your dealer should handle for free. It's hard to trouble shoot over the web with few details and if it's new the warranty should cover any problems.

Please take your regulator back to any authorized dealer (that can be found on Welcome to Sherwood Scuba! by entering your zip code) with your proof of purchase from an authorized dealer and they will get it taken care of for you. In most cases, it is a slight adjustment and not a defect. You are not doing anything wrong.
