:frosty: I live in Crested Butte, Colorado. All of the big rains in LA have been nailing us in the form of snow! We have had 6 feet in the last three days, and it is still coming down relentlessly! The snowbanks in town are as high as the telephone poles. There are tunnels into local businesses and homes! The ski area is minimally opened until avalanche control work is completed. My back hurts from shovelling.
Thoughts?: The skiing is going to be incredible until June!
Snow is nature's natural reservoir. Our 5 year drought is over!
I'm really going to need to go to the beach and do some tropical diving this spring!
Kayaking and river rafting will be epic this summer!
I may need to get my tanks and regs out, just to make it to work!

It looks like we will be having some deeper dive holes in IN. this spring. We have had about 2' of snow and ???rain. Some parts of the state south of here have had well over 4' of snow. Of course it is now 46 degrees and raining so the snow is gone.

We've got nothing but sunshine.. no rain till this weekend.. If I was in good enough shape to dive, I'd be on the other coast shootin fish right now

Guess I won't complain about the weather going from the 60's to the 20's by the weekend! Yikes.
Keep warm...

I wanna to to Colorado. Now. :17:

And i'm gonna stop complaining about the 3 feet of snow we have gotten in the last two months.

Thoughts you ask for - have you bought stock in companies that make snow, and sold snow blower stock? We have had a bit of rain, but nothing like i have heard about - its been in the 80's most of the week, i wish we had winter here, i get SAD from too much sun! :crying:

Actually i meant it in all seriousness, i know i wont truly have another real season for the next 4-5 years while i am chained to Orlando - i envy (in a way) you guys having snow!

Looks like OK and IN are going to have some of the same weather as far as temps. Wouldn't you know it, I get a call for a couple days of work, outside, and it is to rain/snow and be cold. I guess I shouldn't complain since I would rather do cold than bugs, bugs, bugs. One reason I couldn't live in FL.
