New question about tanks and heat

I toss a wet towel over the top of my tanks this keeps them cool for about 5 hours once all that water evaporates it doesn't do much good. Maybe you could soak the towel before you go to work then again during your lunch break. I don't do this because I am worried about the tanks blowing up or the burst disk failing but simply because I don't want to have to wait for my tanks to cool off before the dive shop fills them.
