New one to the forum, new to scuba diving

Hi every one I am new to this forum and also "new - born" in scuba diving,

I live in Moldova, probably you don't even know where it is, in fact it is a small country in south eastern Europe, some time ago our country had a piece of shore of the black sea, now we don't, thanks to the comunists .

but I'm not here to tell you abuot that, so I began diving not so long ago, but I can dive only in rivers.....

please tell me some of the places, not far from Romania where I can do "junior diving", and also please tell me the best and the cheapest gear that I can use in my dives, because I'm using old, soviet production gear.
