Hello!

Long time lurker, new to making an account and posting. I’ve had my diving license for about a year, as I got it to go diving with some friends. Lo and behold, I get my certification and they don’t go diving near as much as they said. I haven’t gone diving since I got my certification since I now have no one to go with. I live in the middle of Kansas, and am moving to Virginia in June/July. I’m wanting to get a few contacts or tips on places out there so I can try and pick up this hobby again!

Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome! Congrats on your certification—bummer about your friends, but Virginia will be great for diving! Lots of options near the coast and even inland quarries. Check out Lake Rawlings or coastal charters near Virginia Beach. Join local dive groups or Facebook communities—they’re super helpful for finding buddies and tips. Happy diving! With Academized’s do my homework service, I no longer worry about missing deadlines. Their help is fast, reliable, and top-notch. Check out Do My Homework For Me: Expert Help Trusted by Students for assistance with all your assignments. They’ll make sure you stay ahead in school without the stress.
Welcome, nice to meet you :)

When you get to Va ask the LDS to recommend a dive club. I belong to a club and we have people willing to dive 365 days a year. We had 6 people dive yesterday (Easter Sunday)
